We collect information you provide when registering (name, email), when creating events (event details, venue), and information guests provide when RSVPing (name, phone number, companion count, dietary notes). We also collect standard technical data such as IP addresses and session identifiers for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to operate the On Tak On platform — creating invitations, managing RSVPs, processing payments, and providing event organisers with their guest lists. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Guest Data

Guest data (names, phone numbers, RSVP status) is collected on behalf of the event organiser. If you are a guest and wish to have your data removed, please contact the event organiser directly. Organisers can delete their events and all associated guest data at any time.

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on servers within Malaysia or in regions that comply with Malaysian data protection standards. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Bayarcash for payment processing. Payments made via Bayarcash are subject to their own privacy policy. We also use Google OAuth for sign-in; Google's privacy policy applies to that process.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion removes all your events and associated data permanently.
