By accessing or using On Tak On, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any features of the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the On Tak On platform, including our website, invitation links, RSVP system, and any related services. By using On Tak On you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

On Tak On is provided for personal and professional event management purposes. You may not use the platform to send spam, collect data without consent, or violate any applicable Malaysian laws. Event organisers are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide to guests.

3. Payments

Event plan upgrades and gift list add-ons are processed via our payment providers. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Payments are non-refundable once an event plan has been activated. The gift list feature uses Bayarcash to facilitate direct transfers; On Tak On does not hold funds on behalf of users.

4. Limitation of Liability

On Tak On is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost data or event disruptions.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
